As a Senior People Partner, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape and scale our North American Sales team while contributing to global initiatives. In this role, you'll join a supportive and collaborative People team that values your growth and provides broad, cross-functional exposure to projects and programs across the People function.
What you'll do as the Senior People Partner:
Act as the Senior People Partner to our North American Sales team, consulting with senior sales leaders and management to provide guidance across all People functional areas.
Partner with leaders to advise on talent strategies that scale and develop our team, including organizational design, engagement and retention, succession planning, and employee development.
Coach management and advocate for employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
Drive adoption of talent programs, ensuring alignment with Recorded Future's high-performance, people-first culture.
Leverage internal centers of excellence in recruiting, operations, compensation, and benefits.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience.
Manage employee relations.
Support our global engagement survey program with potential to take ownership of this program and additional Talent Management initiatives.
What you'll bring as the Senior People Partner:
Experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting senior sales leaders within high-growth organizations.
Exposure to all functional areas of HR, with a passion for driving employee engagement and fostering development.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
Collaborative and inclusive mindset, operating effectively within matrixed environments.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to take initiative and own outcomes.
Service-minded with high integrity and a solution-oriented approach.
