HCMCKey Responsibilities:Lead the technology department and drive the development of the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.Oversee and guide the technical architecture, engineering processes, and the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.Collaborate with other C-level executives to define and execute company-wide strategic objectives.Provide mentorship and leadership to the engineering team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, making strategic recommendations on how to leverage new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure the company’s technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost-effective.Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders.Define and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a similar senior technology leadership role in a technology-driven organization.Expertise in modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable system design.Experience leading and scaling engineering teams, including recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.A strategic mindset with the ability to turn business needs into technology solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience in [specific technologies/tools relevant to the company, e.g., cloud computing, AI/ML, big data, etc.].Prior experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., fintech, health tech, etc.].Interested candidates, please send your CV to
