JOB DESCRIPTIONInternal and Executive Communications support is an integral function at JPMorganChase. Support the CEO of Chase Auto in the dynamic automotive space, helping engage employees and promote Auto storytelling across the firm and to external audiences.
As the Internal Communications Manager Vice President for Chase Auto you will support the CEO of Chase Auto with internal and executive communications and engagement programs for the Auto business. In addition, you will focus on internal and external audiences, ensuring efforts align across communications channels, developing and executing a communication strategy for key business-wide narratives on topics, such as employee value proposition, employee discounts, earnings, marketplace rankings, industry awards, etc.
Job responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of key employee events including site visits for auto leadership team, quarterly town halls, Auto senior leaders conference and other senior leader gatherings.
Support Auto CEO with external speaking engagements including industry conferences, client gatherings and other meetings, by developing briefing books, talking points and presentations. Collaborate across functional groups to develop these materials.
Contribute to business-wide editorial strategy.
Contribute to annual planning, identifying new opportunities for Auto leaders including internal and external engagements, awards and LinkedIn strategy.
Oversee the internal email distribution to the Auto employee audience.
Lead the tracking and preparation of executive reporting, including but not limited to business reviews, engagement calendar maintenance and Consumer & Community Banking Communications data requests.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of all internal tactics, such as open rates, survey results, article clicks, and incorporate best practices and learnings in go-forward plans.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
7+ years of communications experience at an agency or in-house.
Excellent writer with a purpose-lead, audience-first mindset.
Visual storytelling through various tactics including video and PPT. Understanding or experience with video production, including storyboarding, shooting and editing.
All-around team player who willingly collaborates and contributes to the strategic and tactical.
Fluency across social media and other communications channels, with a proven ability to leverage them to promote and protect the brand.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle large-scale, complex projects with discipline and precision.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness in all tasks.
Excellent relationship-building and collaborative decision-making skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter with ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with speed, flexibility, and adaptability.
Outstanding judgment, proactive problem-solving ability and resourcefulness.
Exemplary ethical standards.
