Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply.The Senior Compensation Consultant is instrumental in the development and ongoing administration, design, analysis and implementation of various Providence St. Joseph Health compensation programs, including pay for performance, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios and incentive plans. Performs research, analysis and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans.
