The Department of Physics and Astronomy at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in experimental physics to begin August 2025. All areas of experimental physics are welcome. The successful candidate will be expected to teach at all levels of undergraduate curriculum in physics and conduct publishable on-campus experimental research involving undergraduate students. Applicants must obtain a Ph. D. in Physics or a closely related field by the start of employment. A successful candidate will demonstrate ability and commitment to undergraduate teaching and proven capability to establish an independent research program involving undergraduates.
