Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with a passion for serving the community? Currently, we have an immediate opening in our Tempe Arizona branch for a Branch Manager (Regional Office Manager) to join our team!
The Regional Office Manager is responsible for the branch operations of the regional office. They are responsible for leading and developing their team, providing after-hour member support, attaining production goals, and expanding membership while delivering legendary member experience. The Regional Office Manager is also responsible for promoting membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, professional firefighter organizations, and attending events.
Typical responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of talented professionals to achieve branch goals and provide outstanding member serviceProvide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional growthPromote membership expansion by networking with local fire stations, unions, professional firefighter organizations, and attending events where brand exposure is optimal.Recommend FFCU financial products and services to members to meet individual consumer needs.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional employee performanceAssist members with personal banking and transactional activities when needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProven track record in branch management at a credit union or bank settingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamProficient experience with account management, loan application processing, transaction processing, and cash handling in a credit union or banking institution.Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for serving the community
