Firefighters First Credit Union is excited to share an amazing opportunity to become a
Regional Office Manager . The incoming leader will manage the Walnut Creek, California office, supporting their membership with a strong focus on member service delivery. The Manager will provide strong customer service-facing discussions to enable their members to utilize the many offerings the credit union provides.
The Regional Office Manager is responsible for branch operations and leading and developing their team, providing after-hour member support, attaining production goals, and expanding membership while delivering legendary member experience. They will promote membership expansion by enabling the team to genuinely listen to the members’ needs and assist in the products and services the credit union offers.
This individual will directly report to the Director of Regional Offices and is responsible for networking with local fire stations, unions, and professional firefighter organizations, and attending events to enhance brand exposure and build relationships in collaboration with the business development team when needed.
The successful candidate will advocate for providing and ensuring development opportunities for team members as part of their overall career growth. They will partner with internal and external constituents in handling escalations, including researching and responding to member inquiries in a timely manner.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and at least three (3) years of experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative is required. Experience with sales and operations management and leading a team of professionals with lending and sales experience is needed.
