Ensure that guests have service up to standards as of Novotel.Financial:

Responsible for all food product related cost.Operational:Assist in planning menus being innovative and creative with current market trendsPrepares cold and hot dishes, desserts and other foods.Maintains proper Asian food quality in accordance with standardized company procedures including spec sheets and recipes.Requisitions all necessary food items from store room.Prepares advance preparation for next day and for the next shift.Maintains clean and orderly work area.Attends all kitchen meetings and training as requested.Expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Management which the associate is capable of performing.Understands job descriptions of other working colleagues.Supervise and assist in total food production.Attends Chef’s meetings when required.Regularly reports all needed maintenance to the Executive Chef/Engineering.Is well groomed and takes care of personal hygiene.Personnel:

Establish rapport among co-employees at all levels and training.Other Duties:

QualificationsMinimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHands-on leader, who consistently sets a positive example for the teamProven ability to manage staff across multiple sections, with clear and effective communication skillsSolutions-focused professional dedicated to continuous learning and improvementAdaptable and resilient, maintaining top quality and adherence to standards amidst changing circumstancesGenuine passion for food and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences at eventsAbility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
