Job DescriptionThe Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for the establishment and execution of clear short- and long-term goals. This includes the daily leadership of the spa and/or fitness/recreation team, business and strategic directions of the business, including marketing and social activities to promote the spa and/or wellness facilities. The quality and guest experience, as well as team motivation, is a key component of everyday operations. Proactive management of financial P/L for maximum business opportunities as well as ensuring that optimal internal auditing processes are in place.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (Business Administration) is an asset.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management position or supervisory position in a spa or related field.Experience in spa therapy role is recommended.Previous luxury hotel experience with background in financial budgeting and forecasting.
