Were looking for anexperienced Content Strategist to join our team and lend a human touch to someof the most complicated corners. You will be at the forefront of groundbreakinginitiatives and play a crucial role in the use of content strategy to drive businessresults. Youll work on everything from awareness-content-building to AIcontent implementation, with the primary goal of driving our key messages tomarket, communicating information effectively and efficiently, and creating apositive experience for our users.Orchestration of content will be a huge part of the job. You will strike theright balance between creation and orchestration of content. You will spreadthe content between Top of the funnel, middle of the funnel and bottom of thefunnel content. Our product marketing managers create a lot of content. Youwill guide them to create relevant content, provide structure and editingservices for their content.You are a self-starter that requires little direction. Along with the energy,passion to win and resilience to work in a large start up, you will becomfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty analyzingdata, testing, iterating and creating best- in- class content practices to movethe needle in your market.As the content lead your core focus will be to optimize the customer experienceacross digital channels, delivering the right message and content, at the righttime, on the right channel. As a core member of the marketing team, youll workclosely with product, corporate, executive, digital and PR managers to developnew creative and content as well as with digital marketing analytics tounderstand whats working, whats not, providing breakthrough recommendationson how to turn data into assets that meet the needs of customer across theirjourney and drives then down the funnel.Suitable for a marketer with 7+ years of experience you should demonstrateprior ownership of Social, Web and Internal marketing or other communicationchannels.This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who has an establishedbackground in content marketing to take ownership of content development in aprogressive environment.Responsibilities
Develop and execute acomprehensive awareness content strategy across all of Digitates productsand solutions.Be part of a team toshape and deploy a holistic digital content architecture (e.g. contentstrategy, content guidelines) along selected design & structuralelements globally for website & social media content/assets,application notes & data sheets, brochures & briefs, videos &trainings.Youll brief agencies tocreate content generation for B2B campaigns including the development ofThought leadership materials, campaign content for multiple personas blogsand support vertical marketing including; emails, white papers, web pagedevelopment, business case video development, and publisher opportunities.Work in a strongcollaboration with our divisions, sales & marketing functions as wellas central functions and bring to life a fitting and coordinated frameworkfor Digitates digital content.Apply persona &journey thinking (from awareness to purchase & aftersales) where theindividual content pieces support a consistent & holistic customerjourney across channelsEnsure content is SEOoptimized by working with r elevant digital marketing teamsContinu ously lookingfor ways to improve website, content and digital properties based onpersonas, customer insights and journey mapping.Work closely with thesocial team to ensure content is contextual relevant and meeting momentsof need for the customer.Represent the Marketingfunction as its content ambassador.Accountability formanaging website content projects from ideation and development toexecution and launchCreate content releasestructure shape content release processes with clear gates and milestonesAuthor and maintaincontent policies that govern AI behaviors of content generation (whereapplicable)Define KPIs, measure andoptimize based on user feedback, metrics, accessibility practices, andusability findingsBasic Qualifications
7 years of minimumrelated full-time experience in help or support content, user educationcontent, technical writing, or content strategyBA/BS or equivalent incommunication, linguistics, information sciences, or similar fieldStrong short formwriting and copy-editing skillsExcellent communicationskills, both written and verbalComfortable working in adynamic and fast-evolving environment, with the capacity to adapt tochanging project needsWriting portfolio withsupport or user education content, direct or transactional emails, styleguides, etc.Preferred Qualifications
Strong projectmanagement skills, including managing projects from start to finish,developing and working toward set deadlines, identifying project goals,and tracking progressStrong understanding ofSEO and other digital marketing strategiesIdeally 7+ yearsexperience in a website and digital management role @ agency or client.PR/Communications experience would be an advantage.Experience working withcross functional and global teamsGood understanding ofcurrent content marketing trends including the use of AI based tools
Salary Range:
$97,000 - $127,000 a year
