to join our team.Essential Job Functions:Research new business opportunities and support existing businessWork to develop relationships with industry partners to develop teaming strategiesUpdate the Harmonia CRM with active opportunities in pipelineDevelop and carry out accounts and call plansWork alongside delivery managers to identify new opportunities to expand presence at agency and componentsResearch and develop an understanding of customer requirements and increase awareness of Harmonia's capabilitiesSupport a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop detailed analysis of new opportunitiesBuild out opportunity analysis within the company CRM ToolGenerate reports from CRM ToolSupport the capture process and assist the proposal team on all opportunitiesSupport gate (bid/no-bid) reviewsSupport analyzing IDIQ/BPA Task Orders and coordination with partner companies on opportunitiesResearch opportunities using CRM Tools such as GovWin IQ, BGOVResearch and learn analysis on BETA.SAM.GOV, USASPENDING.GOV, DATA.GOV, etc.Support Proposal DevelopmentMinimum Required Qualifications:4 years of business development & capture experienceTeam Player capable of working within a collaborative environment. Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skillsExperience with US Federal Civilian sector business developmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and GovWinFully capable of using MS 365 Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong customer service/client facing skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsThe ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesThe ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sightExcellent problem-solving, strategic, and tactical planning skillsAccount development & acquisitionTarget marketing & penetrationProcess, policy, and best practices formulationAbility to write and speak compelling proposal-quality prose and a demonstrated history of winning new work/closing dealsIDIQ Task Order Capture ManagementWork Location: Must be able to travel in the DC/MD/VA area and work from the Harmonia McLean office 3 days per week.Here at Harmonia we are pleased to have been repeatedly recognized for our outstanding work culture, the innovative work we do, and the employees on our team who make a difference each day.
