Facility Security Officer / Process Manager
The position's responsibilities are to serve as TMG's Facility Security Officer (FSO), provide administrative direction/support for corporate security procedures, and perform a process manager role supporting the operations of TMG's lump sum and design-build projects to ensure company-wide operational efficiency.
FSO ResponsibilitiesOversees the implementation of the corporate security program in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other customer-specific requirements.Develops/enforces TMG's security policies and procedures consistent with government regulations.Serves as the Top-Secret Document Control Official responsible for the safeguarding and accountability of all classified material.Performs self-inspections and serves as the point person for Defense Security Services (DSS) Security Vulnerability Assessments.Maintains positive working relationships with government security personnel and customers.Submits security-related reports in electronic and/or hard-copy format, as required.Trains employees through required security briefings as well as ongoing educational programs.Prepares DD254 forms for subcontractors, as needed, and monitors subcontractor security programs.Processes/updates Personnel Security Clearances (PCL) records via e-QIP, JPAS, eFCL, ISFD, and hard copies.Works with ICS staff to manage IT processing of classified information, as required.Manages access control, to include badges, access cards/codes, visit requests, etc.Ensures proper receipt and transmittal of classified documents.Oversees derivative classification activities (marking of new documents that contain previously classified information).Provides guidance to management and employees regarding security issues and questions.Stays current in the Industrial Security field by attending training seminars and networking meetings and reviewing online resources.
Process Manager ResponsibilitiesEstimated Costs of Completion (ECAC) - Jointly with the VP of Operations and the Project Management Team (PMT), conduct ECAC reviews to ensure that the final cost is accurate.Subcontractor and Owner invoicing - With PMT, ensure that the subcontractors invoice all subcontractor costs for the month and that all Owners have been invoiced.Forecasting - Once a quarter, work in parallel with the PMT to forecast the Year-End (YE) results.Data Integrity - Regularly verify that the data in TMG's Project Center (TMGPC), TMG's project management system, is current and accurate. Monthly review of the Consolidated Workflow Report, Audit Report, and Pre-Closed Projects Report for accuracy and work with PMT to update.AR - Review outstanding accounts receivable report weekly and coordinate with PMT to resolve any overdue invoices.Internal Compliance - Review subcontractor payment "Compliance Holds" weekly and work with TMG PMT, TMG Accounting, and subcontractor to resolve issues (I.E. expired COI, outstanding ROL).Internal JV Invoicing - Create and submit invoices for material and/or equipment reimbursable items.Special research projects - Assigned by the VP of Ops on a case-by-case basis.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FSO role.Experience and exposure to financial review and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.Completion of FSO-related coursework/certifications.TS Security Clearance with TS SCI preferred.
