Brandman Centers for Senior Care (BCSC) is currently seeking a
PACE Center Director
for the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) at the new center in West Los Angeles.Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000Employment Type:

We provide Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, 9 Paid Holidays, a 403(b) with Matching Retirement Plan, Life insurance (paid by the company), and a team spirit workplace culture!Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the BCSC Executive Director, the Center Director has full responsibility for all disciplines and services provided through the BCSC Center, including management and budgeting responsibility related to the direct operation of the Center.The Center Director provides leadership to all aspects of the program, including social services, rehabilitation services, transportation services, clinic, dietary services, home care, recreation and activities, and medical records.This individual facilitates all aspects of the Interdisciplinary Team and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, including assessment, care planning, care management, and utilization of services.The Center Director ensures that all staff are appropriately trained and perform duties and responsibilities within the PACE Organization.In coordination with the Director of Quality and Compliance, and Director of Marketing, the Center Director oversees all activities related to participant enrollment and disenrollment.Demonstrates compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations and licensing standards.Participates in activities that link BCSC to its community.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related Healthcare field; Master’s Degree preferred.5 years healthcare experience, with at least 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.Demonstrated skills in leadership and decision-making.Demonstrated skills in effective oral and written communication.Prior experience in working in a PACE Organization is preferred.Minimum of 1 year experience in working with the frail or elderly population.Bilingual Spanish is preferred.Application
