$132,000 - $181,500The Superior Group and our tri-venture, CST, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project. This role is based on a jobsite in South Bend, Indiana.Key ResponsibilitiesLead our project team(s) and provide clear communication and guidance to team members, vendors, clients, and TSG executivesMitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns – and solutions – quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadershipMaintain and grow the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challengesOversee all project finance requirements and lead the team through accurate billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost to completeEnsure compliance with the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeoutChair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customersWork with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as neededOwn the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as neededMaintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsiteYour Character TraitsYou’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detailYou’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organizationYou’re a leader and are effective at interfacing with customers and executivesYou’re skilled in motivating and mentoring junior colleaguesYour ExpertiseYou have 10+ years of experience in commercial project managementYou’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects from $20M+Bonus points if you’ve earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degreeBonus points if you have extensive knowledge in construction management softwareOur BenefitsWe offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of TSG.
