The Superior Group and our tri-venture, CST, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for helping make operations on-site more efficient and will play a key role in our contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based on a jobsite in South Bend, Indiana.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the creation and submission of RFI's, and ensure that all RFI's are integrated into the project documentsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal processSupport with the creation, submission, and management of change ordersCapture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsiteMonitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leadersWork closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsiteLead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stockBegin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leaderYour Character Traits
