Open Systems Technologies Corporation is looking for a Procurement Functional Analyst to join our team on the Advana project supporting the Department of Defense. The successful candidate will serve as the sole functional analyst on a new use case within the Financial Management (FM) Portfolio, focusing on the development of new Procurement Data Standards (PDS) "handshake" metrics.ResponsibilitiesCollect and document requirements from stakeholders to inform the development of Procurement Data Standards.Perform quality assurance (QA) on development work to ensure alignment with established requirements and standards.Analyze metric results to derive insights and identify trends that support decision-making processes.Summarize analysis findings and present them to clients and leadership in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new metrics and standards.Navigate and define requirements for Advana architecture, including cluster permissions and database creation requests.Required Skills:Clearance:

SecretBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics).Proven experience using SQL or Python for data analysis on a data platform.Strong understanding of DoD Procure-to-Pay business functions and processes.Familiarity with Advana architecture and its components.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience in a DoD or government contracting environment.Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.BenefitsOur company OST has been operating since 1996 and has various contracts with Government agencies.
