Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Utilize advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support business decision making.Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data mining systems.Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytical capabilities.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience in advanced business analytics, complex problem solving, and business strategy.Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, to create visually compelling reports and dashboards.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Who are we?At Gartner, Inc.
