The Clinical Application Lead is responsible for PET product applications training on-site and in-house with clients within the US and globally. The application specialist is the front line expert for JDI PET products and the modality of Cardiac PET. This position plays a key role to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through education, product support, and expertise in the field of Nuclear Cardiology and Nuclear Medicine.Responsibilities:1. Educational Support and Training:Develops and conducts educational events or programs for clients, professional societies, working groups within the medical community on PET, focusing on Cardiac PET.Conduct training sessions for hospital and clinic personnel.2. Technical Assistance and Troubleshooting:Assist with the setup and installation of the RUBY Rubidium Elution System (RbES) and RUBY-FILL generator.Provide exceptional service and troubleshooting support for Rb-82 programs.Maintain knowledge on NM and PET cameras, hardware, and software.3. Client and Customer Engagement:Ensure complete customer satisfaction through regular visits, emails, and phone calls.Seeks out, cultivates and maintains strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.4. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Liaison:Collaborate with camera vendors to enhance training programs.Collaborate with various departments within JDI for a cohesive team approach.5. Conference Participation, Networking and Professional Development:Attend major conferences to network and present as needed.Seek new opportunities and engage with industry leaders.Stay ahead of future trends in the field.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant fieldCertified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with CT and/or PET CertificationMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine and/or PET technologist, including performing Cardiac PET studiesPrevious experience in medical applications training and Nuclear Medicine/PET research studies; and experience with Theranostics and/or PET oncology therapies are a plusAvailable to travel up to 75% of the time within the US and globally, have a valid passport and drivers' licensePublic speaking experience with strong written and oral communication skillsAdept working with PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelAt Jubilant Radiopharma, we champion an inclusive workplace that treasures diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
