The Regional Sales Director will successfully direct sales activities in a defined geographic area selling/wholesaling corporate retirement and tax-exempt opportunities from start-up plans to $50mm in assets (excluding government and K-12 marketplace) for Voya’s Emerging Markets division.Profile Description:
Develop and maintain sales programs for assigned territoriesMaintain and strengthen relationships with key plan sponsors, brokers, consultants, and third-party administrators while developing and cultivating new business relationshipsDevelop and execute annual marketing plans with innovative and creative ideas to increase salesIdentify and understand needs of key decision-makers and direct efforts to provide product enhancements and serviceDeliver presentations to key stakeholders including: prospects, financial professionals, and industry leadersManage, develop and motivate a wide variety of retirement plan distribution sourcesLeverage technology to implement and track sales and marketing plansPartner with other VOYA representatives to enhance awareness of the full suite of VOYA capabilities.Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience4-6 years of sales experience with the Retirement Plan/Investment industry, proven track record of sales successFINRA Series 6 and 63State Life and HealthExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to leadAbility to travelCompensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.$82,400 - $103,001 USDWhat We Offer:
