We provide cutting-edge products and services that enhance the trading journey.What you’ll do:As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will lay the foundation for how we identify and deliver insights to inform business decisions and improve user experience across our product suite. You will have a far-reaching impact on our product by identifying and analyzing the KPIs and metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations.In this role, you will:Develop a deep understanding of NinjaTrader’s desktop, web, and mobile app products.Collaborate with product managers to develop strategies and goals.Collaborate with design teams to measure user behavior and create experiments.Collaborate with software engineers and data engineers to set up and maintain event tracking and data pipelines.Build dashboards and tools that allow stakeholders to self-service metrics and analysis.Conduct deep-dive analysis and make recommendations for high-impact decisions.Tie low-level metrics to high-level business KPIs to estimate impact, set goals, and track results.Participate in strategy and ideation conversations.What we look for:Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or similar field.3+ years of experience in Product Analytics within a software or technology-focused environment.Proven track record of using analytics to enable decision making.Strong oral and written communication skills.Experience designing, setting up and analyzing experiments.Proficiency with data visualization tools, SQL, and writing analytics code.Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools.Bonus Points for:SaaS or FinTech experience.Familiarity with futures trading.Experience with Google Cloud suite of services.Experience with dbt.Our Core Benefits Include:Hybrid Schedule with Extra Remote Flexibility.Generous PTO.7 Paid Holidays Annually + 5 Conditional Holidays Annually.401k with 3.5% Company Match.Life and Disability Insurance Covered 100% by NinjaTrader.We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.Apply for this job
