The Field Operations Leader will oversee our field team and our field operations. Ideal candidates will have expertise with both the Head Start Program and be familiar with the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) accreditation process.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee field operations to ensure compliance with current federal guidelines.Manage the HQ support team, including quality control personnel and support leads.Act as the primary point of contact to the client.Review program data & client deliverables to ensure quality assurance and accuracy.Ensure deadline compliance, both in regard to the HQ team, and the field staff.Provide subject matter expertise (SME) as needed, specifically as it pertains to Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) & the Head Start Early Learning Framework (HSELOF).Evaluate Reviewer reports, primarily in regard to quality assurance & compliance.Daily monitoring of data and evidence collected during onsite field work.Assist field staff in implementing and following the Focus Area methodology.Facilitate the implementation of the Office of Head Start (OHS) system, as well as the necessary workflows, benchmarks, and management strategies to ensure compliance.Coordinate annual updates to the program's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for field operations.Support strategic planning and ensure implementation of the strategic plan, integration of program services, assist in program decision making, and support the implementation of trauma-informed and culturally responsive programming.Collaborate with leadership team to identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements across the program.Work independently or as part of a team to complete special projects that enhance the overall effectiveness of Head Start operations.Understand and integrate change management principles into project management initiatives, recommend improvements to processes, and manage special Head Start projects as assigned.Communicate program management initiatives, achievements, changes in policy and procedures to direct reports and implement them as directed.Experience managing implementation projects in early childhood education, healthcare, or related areas.Supervise Head Start staff in areas of responsibility.
