The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and managing the activities in accordance with the contract to ensure Early Head Start and Head Start program objectives and deliverables are successfully met.Responsibilities:Supervise implementation projects in early childhood education, healthcare, or related areas.Provide supervisory support for Head Start Teams executing coordinated organization, direction, and implementation of complex projects.Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and modifying Early Head Start and Head Start program work and processes.Prepare and maintain Head Start tracking tools to identify competing deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Document and maintain project work plans, meetings, decisions, work change orders, project deliverables, progress reports, schedules, and other pertinent reports.Prepare timely and accurate Monthly Status Reports, Task Summary Reports, and other reports as required by the client.Maintain and update Head Start document management sites.Prepare and deliver status reports as required by the program.Experience:Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting client services projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.3+ years’ experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with HS/EHS programs.Experience in developing, implementing, and managing complex, high-profile projects, including quality assurance systems.Ability to review, aggregate, and present data from multiple sources.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).Education:Masters in early childhood education preferred.Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent) preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills required.Equal Opportunity EmployerISN Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.ISN Corporation is a Drug-Free Workplace.
