We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Modern Urban Rental (MUR) portfolio located in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, can manage a team effectively, and has excellent communication skills.Facility ManagementOversee day-to-day operations of our Modern Urban Rental PortfolioEnsure that the property is maintained to the highest standard and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codesConduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure that they are addressed promptlyProvide emergency service coordination and generate incident reportsMaintain a working knowledge of all maintenance programs and capital improvement projects to ensure the proper and efficient operation of systems, preventive maintenance programs, housekeeping functions, and responses to resident service requestsCollaborate with other Property Operations team members, including maintenance technicians and associates, daily to perform all responsibilitiesWork closely with the Regional Director of Property Operations to monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management and ensure that all associates are familiar with and understand themDevelop and maintain relationships with local vendors and contractorsBid out property services to vendors for competitive pricingReviews, understands, analyzes, and makes recommendations for vendor contracts to Regional DirectorResident ServicesHandle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely mannerMarket the property to prospective residents and coordinate leasing effortsManage resident onboarding, offboarding, and evictionsProperty ReportingManage the property budget and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budgetPrepare detailed operating reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadenceReport on delinquency and unpaid balances for the property and organize collections efforts on past residentsExperience

3-4 years of experience in property management, preferably in a luxury multi-family settingThis position requires a High School Diploma/GEDStrong leadership, management, and computer skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing lawsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work evenings and weekends as neededDiligent and efficient documentation and task management skillsThis position requires up to 20% travel within MassachusettsAbout our Culture
