Manna Beverages, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Director, Operations COE. In this key leadership role, plan, organize, direct, and control the course of operations and maintenance by integrating and coordinating operations functions and processes with business goals across the enterprise. Maintain profitable operations by controlling inventory, losses, accidents and safety, etc. Seek synergies and best practices to develop and implement new methods to improve productivity or improve customer service. In this key leadership role, you will oversee critical functions that enhance equipment efficiency, maintenance and facilities. Reporting to the President in the interim, you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decisions by evaluating growth opportunities and risks.Language Skills:
English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.Supervisory Responsibilities:

75%.Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure they meet the strategic company goals to include, safety, quality standards, customer requirements, financial and operational efficiency.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) equipment operations.Work closely with plant management and leadership on company goals and strategic actions to improve performance and supportive innovation.Implement best practices in Maintenance to preserve assets, improve equipment reliability and uptime.Ensure prompt and cost-effective solutions are implemented for unanticipated maintenance requirements.Direct the operation and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment for all facilities.Recommend modifications to existing capital equipment and physical plant facilities.Work closely with the Engineering team concerning improvements/upgrades to existing equipment centers and overall line efficiency. Ensure the plant maintenance team is trained on all new & upgraded equipment.Align with Engineering on ALL new Capital projects to ensure seamless integration into plant operations. All required training is completed by OEM’s prior to project completion sign off.Manage and direct automation and process improvement goals and objectives for assigned plants to ensure that productivity and efficiency goals and objectives are met.Lead strategic business planning initiatives in collaboration with other departments.Build reliable capacity models with glidepaths to support business.Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Assist to ensure, suggested innovation and improvements are compliant and supportive to all state and regulatory requirements.Assist with tasks related to safety and environmental systems.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.Own all manufacturing and maintenance spends.You will have accountability for manufacturing operations, plant design, strategy, policy creation and automation.Implement, own, and refine processes, KPI’s and scorecards to drive functional accountability and deliver results.Drive effective, proactive maintenance programs to ensure equipment and sites follow progressive preventive maintenance programs and sites are modernized and properly serviced.Oversee the maintenance and repair of all buildings, grounds, and equipment.Manage and direct facility operations, including maintenance and maintenance records, fire system inspections, and security.Additional Responsibilities
Implement an Operational Center of Excellence for Manna’s Plant.Work collaboratively with divisional peers and President to improve the overall performance of the operating unit while supporting an environment of effective teamwork and collaboration.Collaborate with the sales team in addressing customer relations and service requirements to ensure operations meets or exceeds customer expectations.Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to align with common goals.Set and execute operational goals for staffing, equipment, systems, and processes, addressing both short-term and long-term needs.Manage and track KPIs related to productivity.Collaborate with Finance and Commercial to manage the budget.Develop and implement effective recruitment, training, retention, and career development plans, including regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.Champion the utilization and adoption of new technologies and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs to support long-term sustainability and growth.Demonstrate strong leadership and maintain positive employee morale.Experience For Success

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).CPG or FMCG experience is preferred.Proven experience in a senior operational role within the tough manufacturing industry (experience of multi-plant or plant-level leadership, and/or leading full manufacturing teams of at least several hundred associates across multiple shifts).Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.10+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing/management role.Knowledge and understanding of management theory and practices; modern plant engineering principles and practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets.Able to establish, measure and hold individuals accountable for achieving performance expectations and achieving goals.Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to constructively confront delicate issues.Effectively coach and develop, delegate and control, motivate and influence, persuade, communicate vision and remove obstacles that slow or prevent the attainment of that vision.Behaviors & Competencies
