Labor And Employment Attorney

We have partnered with an Am100 firm who is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, a commitment to social justice, and the ability to represent clients in various employment-related matters.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, and workplace policies.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and stay current on employment law developments.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and litigation.Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide timely updates on case progress.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active California State Bar membership.4+ years of experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.Strong litigation experience, with a proven track record in state and federal courts.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.If interested please don't hesitate to apply or feel free to reach out to thomas.kitzmiller@larsonmaddox.com
