Key responsibilities include organizing departmental data and media, overseeing expense and income transactions, generating reports, and managing all office logistics. The role serves as the primary liaison for building coordination, safety, and facilities management.Additionally, the incumbent maintains the department's equipment inventory, coordinates infrastructure projects, and provides A/V and technology support for meetings and events. Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors are essential. The incumbent will also assist the Director of Infrastructure and Special Projects in delivering high-level analysis, program management, and project management for the AVPTL, the Instructional Design and Media Production (IDMP) unit, and the TLC as a whole. 2-3 yrs of experience Minimum of two to three years of professional work experience in project management (Required)Bachelor’s degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. (Required)Minimum of two to three years of professional work experience in program or project management. (Required)Basic understanding of program and project management principles, including planning, execution, and evaluation, as well as familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. (Required)Knowledge in applying online etiquette essential to engaging effectively and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and clients in remote meetings using videoconference technology (e.g., video camera on, mute when not speaking, enabling chat for discussion, etc.). (Required)Knowledge of digital technology, software and platforms such as Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), Microsoft Office, presentation software, and web page creation and editing software. (Required)Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with individuals at various levels of the organization to create a harmonious and productive work environment. (Required)Problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze information, situations, policies, and procedures to evaluate and address challenging issues, and proactively research appropriate channels for solutions. (Required)Basic skill and knowledge of data analysis; skill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures. (Preferred)Understanding of physical and technological infrastructure management, including space, inventory, cybersecurity, network, software, hardware, and server infrastructure. Demonstrated skill in project management theory and practice to coordinate intra- and cross-departmental teams. (Preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
