Reporting to the Sr. VP of Operations of LiquidStack, a global leader in liquid cooling solutions for data centers and high-performance computing, is seeking a

Warehouse Manager

to oversee key operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping of finished goods. This position requires a hands-on leader who can work independently while driving operational excellence within the warehouse team. The role is critical to maintaining efficient and safe material handling processes and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Material Management:

Oversee receipt, storage, and internal distribution of raw materials, components, and finished products.Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate inventory levels, optimize space, and ensure timely order fulfillment.Shipping & Receiving:

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring compliance with both domestic and international regulations.Supervision:

Lead and supervise a warehouse team of 2-6, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and 5S principles.Compliance & Safety:

Ensure operations meet FTZ regulations and other relevant standards, keeping the warehouse organized and safe.Process Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.ERP/MRP Systems:

Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, shipment processing, and accurate data management.Import/Export Compliance:

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to import/export regulations.Act in a manner consistent with LiquidStack’s core values and according to LiquidStack’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.Comply with standards and procedures of LiquidStack’s health and safety manual and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing, with experience in ERP systems and handling delicate, high-value components.Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP/MRP systems, and forklift operation.Knowledge:

Familiarity with FTZ regulations, import/export compliance, and 5S safety standards.Preferred:

Experience handling electrical or HVAC components and basic proficiency in Spanish.Special Conditions of Employment
