Join us!Job Responsibilities:This job is responsible for independently performing test work during highly complex audit activities associated with Wealth Management activities. Key responsibilities include independently designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, and establishing business partner relationships. Job expectations include evaluating the control environment, fostering an inclusive work environment, applying product, business, and technical expertise, and supporting team members with development.Evaluating the design and execution of business processes/controls associated with Wealth Management activities (e.g., Private Bank and Merrill Wealth Management).Testing processes and controls within Investment Products, Portfolio Construction, the Chief Investment Office, Financial Advisor Activities, Banking Product Sales, Licensed Supervision, Registration & Licensing, Data Management, Trust and Estate Settlement Services, Philanthropic Solutions, among other Wealth Management areas.Data extraction from multiple sources, documenting audit work, and validating business remediation activities associated with open issues.Executing audit strategy for the sound application of risk-based auditing by defining audit scope and programs, and leveraging automation and innovative methods in a timely and high-quality manner.Assessing impacts to business processes, controls, and strategies to provide recommendations on severity ratings.Providing input on draft audit reports and sharing audit results with business leaders.Supporting the development of peers and teams through on-the-job training and fostering an inclusive work environment.Establishing business partner relationships, primarily with line management, to develop business knowledge.Using innovative tools to complete audit activities more efficiently.Required Qualifications:2+ years of Audit, Risk, Business Control, Compliance, Finance or other relevant experience.Intermediate Analytical / Automation Skills (SQL, SAS, Advanced Excel and Access).Ability to execute audit test plans within a risk-based audit methodology.Sound organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.Self-starter, desire to learn, able to teach others, positive attitude, exhibits flexibility.Ability to work in a very detailed manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's or advanced degree.Experience with financial services audit/compliance and/or front-line wealth management experience.Shift:

40Pay Transparency details:Pay range: $83,500.00 - $102,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.This role is currently benefits eligible.
