to join BrokerLink and work out of our
Southern Ontario
region on a
Permanent (FT) basis .What the Role Entails:
Responsible for achieving financial results, including sales targets for Personal and Commercial Insurance within the region.Drive action plans through the leadership team to enhance service levels & deliver a customer experience that is second to none.Plan, develop, and implement effective business strategies that align with corporate objectives.Responsible for marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.Implement and monitor regional objectives regarding commission revenue, policy count, accounts receivables, loss ratios, quality of the book of business, and expenses.Manage or participate in audits of files to manage E&O exposure.Direct resources to ensure efficient and effective operation of the region.Lead local branch initiatives that build engagement with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.Establish and oversee key measures to monitor efforts, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance business processes.Establish productive relationships with insurance company partners and monitor performance to ensure ongoing quality and profitability.Accountable for the overall staffing and leadership of the team, including direct supervision of Personal and Commercial Territory Managers.Motivate staff to participate in company objectives and effectively communicate changes or new directions.Drive organizational change including effective communication, engagement, and coaching of the team.Develop succession planning for all key positions and actively manage and develop talent within the team.The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Post-secondary education.Over 8 years in the insurance industry.Minimum 5 years of people management experience, with proven leadership experience.RIBO license.Knowledge of EPIC, ARS, Blue Butler.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Travel within the region is required.As Part of Our Employee Promise, Here Are Some of the Many Perks of Working With Us:
