The knowledge we’ve gained through years of working in the local market empowers us to provide our home buyers and sellers with the advice they need to make informed decisions.Who are we looking for?The Director of Operations is a key Empire Protector for the growing expansion of the empire. This Director is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Expansion Hub, the Director of Operations increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the Network Referral Agents to focus more on generating transactions than closing them. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems.The Director of Operations is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the Expansion Network Owner and Expansion Director in achieving greater and greater levels of success. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the Expansion Network Owner’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.Compensation:
$35,000 base salary first 90 days then increased to $50,000 plus 5% performance-based bonuses on closed transactions; bonus on closed transaction online reviews and referrals; past client and personal circle of influence referrals, Profit Share, and other employee benefits.ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do?These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:Build, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.Assist as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systems.Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.Oversee all contracts through closing.Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members.QualificationsSystem development, implementation, documentation, and managementCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) maintenanceOversight of contracts through closingDrive traffic to website(s) from social media activitiesMake offerings and collect registrationsLeading administrative department members (as appropriate to organizational structure)Knowledge/SkillsBachelor’s Degree - (preferred) Bachelor of Science in Business Administration1–3 years of service and management experience3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in Operation Management of teamsCompensation$81,500+ at plan commissionAbout The JEM Property GroupOur goal to our customers is to provide the premier customer service experience for each home seller and buyer we work with.
