The Associate Director will oversee all aspects of Villanova Annual Giving's web presence and giving vehicles, considering current best practices in digital segmentation and new emerging fundraising technologies.Key Responsibilities:Manage Digital Strategies for Solicitation and Stewardship Efforts:
Lead the strategy for Advancement's integrated digital fundraising campaigns, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and editorial review.1842 Day:
Plan and execute the digital fundraising efforts for Villanova's annual day of giving, coordinating messaging and content across various platforms.Analysis of Digital Strategies:
Utilize platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and GiveCampus to analyze the performance of digital fundraising and stewardship strategies to identify areas for growth.Support overall Annual Giving and University Advancement initiatives to meet campaign goals.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.Three to five years of experience in digital fundraising and/or marketing, preferably in nonprofit or education.Strong planning and administrative skills, ability to manage simultaneous projects, excellent verbal and writing skills.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Villanova University is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and seeks candidates who understand, respect, and can contribute to the University's mission and values.
