The Planner will create and maintain accurate sales forecasts for high-growth product categories. Responsibilities include:Creating pre-season plans and maintaining in-season sales and receipt forecasts.Recapping and analyzing actual sales results to forecast in-season sales and inventories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Forecasting receipt flow to ensure optimal inventory levels that balance liability and opportunity.Assessing and evaluating inventory risks and opportunities in a high-growth environment.Performing ad-hoc analysis based on historical performance, product attributes, and customer attributes.Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:A business degree and 3-5 years of experience in Planning and Inventory Management.Experience in retail, particularly in home and/or apparel sectors (preferred).A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for learning technical applications quickly.Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions confidently.A results-focused and detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
