Come join one of the most exciting growth therapies in MedTech! Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower blood pressure. The technique targets specific nerves near the kidneys that can become overactive and cause high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. High blood pressure is a global epidemic, affecting one-third to one-half of adults. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team that will be responsible for introducing a new therapy that will potentially transform healthcare in the United States. Renal Denervation (RDN) has the potential to be a multibillion-dollar market globally over the next five years. Medtronic is the leader in the RDN field and has achieved FDA approval, which is just the beginning. We are hiring a Market Development Manager, US Local Market Activation, to be part of our growing US market development team as we expand the launch of this novel therapy. We look for leaders at every level who have a clear vision of where we are going and how to get there, bold inclusive thinkers who create new ideas and bring our best solutions forward to benefit our patients, business partners, and customers.

This role can work remote in the US.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

This individual will be responsible for managing US local market activation efforts , coordinating across the commercial and cross-functional teams to drive market growth opportunities . Responsibilities will include:

Collaborate across marketing, communications, sales, reimbursement, and other key partners to align and coordinate acceleration efforts in local US markets in response to patient access expansion opportunities.

Develop local acceleration plans and lead execution in identified markets in partnership with specialty leads .

Coordinate with global s pecialty leads to localize global plans for US markets. Collaborate across field market development and sales partners to execute, track, and optimize .

Build a strong understanding of the clinical data and economic drivers to develop value messaging that will resonate with key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build messaging into internal and external tools and resources.

Track and measure performance by developing KPIs, distributing regular dashboards, and recommending optimizations or iterations of offerings.

Ability to travel as needed, up to 25 % of the time.

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience in market development, marketing, or program development work (3+ years with Advanced Degree)

Nice to Have:

Masters or another Advanced Degree

Product or program launch experience

Proven a bility to lead a cross-functional team through effective execution

Experience within an agency, healthcare, or consumer-focused industry with direct-to-consumer experience

Exceptional collaboration and communications skills. Success will depend on ability to work cross-functionally to align objectives , formulate, and execute a plan across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Experience collaborating with healthcare economics on market access activities with the proven ability to understand economic drivers of a healthcare system

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$96,800.00 - $145,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
