The goal of the franchise is to penetrate existing and new markets to meet business goals by educating physicians and healthcare professionals on a portfolio of products while upholding the Company's mission and values.In this field-based hematology sales position, you will have responsibility for promoting therapies for Sanofi Specialty Care, Rare Blood Disorders. This includes strategic business planning and successfully executing sales launch strategies to meet/exceed demand targets within your geographic territory.We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases, blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. From R&D to sales, our talented teams work together, revolutionizing treatment, continually improving products, understanding unmet needs, and connecting communities.Main Responsibilities:Ensure effective execution of Sanofi Specialty Care (Rare Blood Disorders) strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area.Identify key decision makers for the use of Sanofi Specialty Care (Rare Blood Disorders) products and conduct customer meetings within assigned territory.Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs.Review and analyze market/customer data to support and execute strategic planning.Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to identify and resolve customer needs.Conduct formal and informal presentations and convey complex Hematology clinical information fluently.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians/HCPs office and hospital staff.Coordinate patient and provider services to assure complete patient care.Foster team effectiveness and accomplishment of shared goals.About YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Minimum 4 years of demonstrated success in a hospital/institutional or specialty pharmaceutical sales position.Willingness and ability to work within and outside of traditional business hours.The ability to travel up to 50%.Valid driver's license.Preferred Qualifications:MBA a plus.5+ years industry sales experience.3+ years Hematology sales experience preferred.Experience with infusion products or “buy and bill” model strongly preferred.Why Choose Us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career.Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package.Take good care of yourself and your family with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits.Sanofi Inc. and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employers committed to a culturally diverse workforce.The salary range for this position is $120,000-$190,000 USD Annually.
