We are looking for a seasoned Inventory Analyst who is adept at working with complex data sets and understands the connection between inventory accuracy and operational success. You’ll bring an unrelenting curiosity that contributes to Torani’s success. You love diving into the details and collaborating with our Customer Service team, third-party logistics partners (3PL), and Warehouse Operations to identify and secure the critical data we need to deliver best-in-class order fulfillment results, providing our customers with all the delicious Torani flavor they want!As our Inventory Analyst, you will confirm that inventory data is accurate, consistent, and quickly organized to partner with the business. You are dedicated to ensuring the right inventory is in the right location at the right time to meet our customer needs. You own the inventory data and produce daily and weekly reports that contain insightful details on availability and accuracy of inventory levels. You champion the tracking of inventory KPIs and support corrective and preventative actions needed to achieve best-in-class results.EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Issue Resolution:
You will work closely with our 3PL partners to identify and resolve EDI-related discrepancies. Ensuring proper communication and data alignment between EDI systems and our ERP is critical to maintaining smooth operations and inventory accuracy. You’ll work closely with the Customer Service department on resolving 3PL sales order and RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) issues.Analytics & Reporting:
Your love for data and analytics is always put to good use! You proactively seek out new information and are eager to understand trends and key data points. Working with the Inventory Manager, you ensure that external and internal partners are always equipped with critical metrics through your daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Additionally, you will investigate mis-shipped orders, identifying root causes and collaborating with warehouse leadership to take disciplinary action if necessary.Data Controller:
You are the point-person for external partners' data. You aggregate the data available in our 3PL’s external warehouse management systems with our ERP, retrieving and translating the information into actionable measures. You get excited when our inventory numbers are in sync and take the initiative to put forth recommendations for resolution when they aren’t. Business Collaborator: You possess a high level of understanding of cross-functional partnerships, working with internal and external operations. You partner well with our 3PL counterparts and communicate effectively to support root cause analysis and prevent data integrity concerns. Your understanding of how their inputs affect inventory allows you to effectively translate that knowledge to the business.Have fun!QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of data analytics experience in supply chain or a related fieldProficient knowledge of all Excel functions (i.e., pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas) and aggregating data from various platformsExperience with business intelligence tools (i.e., Tableau), ERP systems (i.e., Oracle) and WMS systems (i.e., Manhattan)Experience with EDI systems and troubleshooting EDI issues with external partners, particularly 3PLsNatural leader who is passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering the development of othersPay Range:
