What You'll Do
Conducting and managing wetland and natural resource projectsBeing intimately familiar with Federal [USACE] State, and local wetlands regulations and guidelinesUnderstanding the regulatory/permitting/mitigation processManaging projects, generating proposals, developing new business, and managing client relationshipsPerforming endangered species surveysLeading both projects and people skillfully, coupled with a desire to mentor and grow subordinate staff
What We're Looking For
BS in Biology, Ecology, Botany, Environmental Science, or a related field; MS preferred7+ years of natural resources/wetlands delineation/endangered species experienceRelationships held with regulatory agencies would go a long wayProfessional Wetland Scientist (PWS) license and Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent would go a long way
