With revenue of more than $12 billion in FY22 and approximately 25,000 people globally working alongside 125,000 global customers, ADI ensures today’s innovators stay Ahead of What’s Possible.This role provides an opportunity to manage and support US Benefits programs of a large multinational organization.It is a varied role ranging from general program management and oversight, conducting day-to-day activities of key responsibilities, preparing analysis, and presenting recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport US benefits program delivery: health and welfare, retirement, paid time off, wellness and work/life. This includes day-to-day operational, governance, compliance, benefits financials, and employee communications activities.Assist with vendor relationships, benchmarking and researching progressive trends in benefits offerings.Assist in solving business issues through benefits offerings, identifying and implementing process improvements, managing outsourcing projects with internal and external partners, and developing analysis. Including review for best practices and ensuring standard operating procedures, and documentation.Advise on U.S. Benefits topics with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and HR employee service center.Assist with implementing new U.S. Benefits programs initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in Benefits program plan delivery, design, and communication.Experience working across U.S. benefits programs.Self-starter and takes initiatives.Collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality.Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and consultative skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create recommendations.Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).You must have deep analytical skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, solving problems, and be proficient working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
