As a member of the Executive and Internal Communications team, you will produce employee communications and events for Google executives. You will work with members of your internal client team on communications initiatives, projects, and programs. You will support the team to create strategic communications campaigns, engage employees in tune with Google's culture, write communications, business update presentations, and talking points. You will collaborate with internal partners across functions (PR, Policy, Legal, HR, Operations, etc.) and geographies.Google’s Global Business Organization (GBO) powers Google’s ecosystem of products and services. Google Customers Solutions (GCS) is the second largest organization within the GBO, helping businesses grow with Google by providing marketing solutions to acquire, onboard, grow, and retain customers.In this role, you will develop and execute communications for the President of GCS and provide advisory support to the GCS Executive Team. You will analyze complex issues and help the President of GCS communicate through written and spoken channels (e.g., emails, blog posts, presentations, videos, etc.).You will inform, inspire, and engage GBO employees globally with consistent messaging, stories of purpose, progress, and growth, reinforcing how the team and Google's innovation enable customer and partner success.To succeed here, you'll combine creativity with organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, enjoy pitching to journalists, bloggers, and commentators, or producing internal communications and events for employees. You need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally and isn't hesitant to take risks or try new things.Responsibilities
