Senior Traditional Media Planner & Buyer
Develop and maintain media campaigns in traditional mediums such as out of home, print, radio and television that deliver the utmost results for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:
Strategize and create Media Opportunities/Plan that align with overall client objectives; coordinate with all media roles included in the plan
Brainstorm and ideate innovative and technological ways to achieve client goals through owned and earned media
Research media partners, vendors & outlets, including traditional, digital and custom media
Provide the latest and the greatest in traditional media formats to our clients to get the best results
Negotiate rates and media placements according to the approved media plan.
Develop best practices within the media department to create automations, be efficient, save time and stay on top of trends
Utilize the latest digital and cloud based platforms to manage media plans, assets, IOs, tracking, reporting and billing; ability to customize and maintain the platforms to create efficiencies
Attend conferences, webinars, and training for new, innovating formats, vendors, and opportunities
Weekly and Monthly Reporting: work with media analyst to create channel specific insights
Client POVs, upon client request
Budget stewardship, expense tracking and billing reconciliation

Requirements:
South Florida candidates preferred - remote candidates must be able to travel
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising or Marketing
10+ years experience in media or related advertising background
Background running media for travel and hospitality and/or destination brands
Advanced computer skills
Math and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Knowledge of Strata, a plus
Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Dashboarding and reporting tools a plus
