Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members to develop and manage media buys across mediums, including Broadcast, Traditional / Programmatic OOH and PrintManaging buys and post buysMonitor media for pacing, delivery, placement, and negotiates ratesLead media projects with limited day-to-day supervisionAssist in media strategy development and overall directionDeep understanding of every local market and ability to identify opportunities unique to each •Strategic thinking in providing rationales & POVs as well as demonstrating and ability to make sound recommendationsProvide valuable insights for clients to help shape their current/future media plansAbility to be client facingResponsible for the preparation of insertion orders and placement of advertising with media vehicle, as applicable.Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, budgets, and the reconciliation processAnalyze and provide clients with research data and media/marketing information as well as strategic analysis of campaignsMonitor media buys to ensure all brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability standards are met or exceededBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, publishers and the client's creative resources to ensure an effective creation and implementation of campaignsEffectively manage time and responsibilities in regards to deadlines and client needsResearch and record trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buyingMaintains media flowcharts, budgets and performance reportsCompiles and analyzes marketing, consumer and competitive dataRequirements
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.3+ years media-related/agency experience.Experience buying through Strata.You build great relationships with clients, vendors, and reps.Strong negotiation skills and successful track record in the media buying space.Establish trust and credibility with clients and vendors.Ability to deliver client-facing presentations
