Arabella Healthcare is looking for an energetic, results-driven Regional Director of Operations who will lead a network of nursing homes with a commitment to excellence, compassion, and compliance. As the face of regional operations, you will drive improvements in resident outcomes, team engagement, and operational efficiency across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee and support the operations of Arabella Healthcare facilities in Alabama and Florida, ensuring quality care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive strategies to enhance each facility’s financial performance while maintaining excellence in care.

Quality & Compliance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and lead efforts to achieve high survey ratings, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Team Development: Mentor and develop administrators and department leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture across facilities.

Resident Care: Champion initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction, care quality, and safety across the region.

Strategic Growth: Collaborate with Arabella’s executive team to expand and strengthen Arabella’s market presence through strategic business planning and community engagement.

Marketing & Community Building: Develop local outreach and marketing strategies to build the Arabella Healthcare brand in communities served by each facility.

Qualifications:

Must possess a current and active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Alabama and/or Florida.

Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience, with 3+ years in multi-facility or regional leadership roles in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing homes.

Proven success in financial oversight, quality improvement, and team leadership.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel throughout the Alabama and Florida regions as needed.
