Project Coordinator
for our project at

Responsibilities
Initiate and manage purchase orders and purchase agreements for vendors. Includes processing invoices for payment.Coordinate essential services for jobsite trailer such as waste management, office cleaning and other necessary arrangements.Provide other administrative duties as necessary including meeting minutes, handling of mail, office supplies, typing documents, filing, and organizing team lunches.Support the project team in daily communications and record keeping.Verify all Subcontractors have a signed contract, insurance coverage and bonds (if required) prior to commencing work onsite.Support the labor compliance team with daily contractor production reports, recording work hours in payroll log and maintaining electronic copy files of project documentation.Communicate with subcontractors and vendors via phone and email.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience with California Prevailing Wage, DIR, Unions, and PLAs.Clerical, administrative, and basic accounting experience.Experience in the construction field is required.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with construction industry software or project management tools (e.g., Procore, p-Vault, LCP tracker, or similar)
Compensation and Benefits
$32.00 to $39.00 hourly pay range
The offered rate will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
