Business Development Manager
for the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate can successfully identify customers expanding High-speed Interconnects (Chip to Chip, Chip to Module) and Network communication business, including driving technical testing requirements, demonstrate test equipment, and help generate new sales revenue through customer usage of Anritsu Test instruments.Key Responsibilities include:Responsible for expanding Anritsu High Speed interconnect and Network Test Solution portfolio business efforts into new and existing accounts.Responsible for High-speed Interconnects (Chip to Chip, Chip to Module) and Network communication market needs, portfolio positioning to key customers in this segment.Maintain and grow key relationships within High-Speed Interconnect and Network eco-system, including but not limited to equipment manufacturers, associated supply chain, key vendors and partners.Manage pre-sales communication and qualification activities with the Sales Team and Product Management/Marketing for the High-Speed Interconnect and Network Test Solution product portfolio.Identify KPI’s associated with growing High-Speed Interconnect and Network Test Solution business; develop strategies and partnerships in collaboration with the Product Business Unit.Demonstrate thought leadership and influence technical and business stakeholders across all management levels.Assist sales team members in pre-qualification of key High-Speed Interconnect and Network Test Solution opportunities.Assist Business Unit, Product Marketing and Regional Marketing with development and execution of FY Promotional Plans for the High-Speed Interconnect and Network Test Solution portfolio.Maintain a clear understanding of current customer requirements and market trends and effectively communicate trend information on a regular basis to Senior Management.Provide long term vision for product development to drive long term multi-year growth.Represent Anritsu at High-Speed Interconnect and Network Test Solution industry organizations and events.Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.U.S Citizen preferred due to onsite customer visits that require U.S citizenship.Knowledge of or experience in Signal Integrity/High Speed interconnect Test environments preferred.Knowledge of or experience with Test and Measurement equipment.Knowledge of or experience with PCIe, USB, Ethernet, and TCP/IP technologies.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Documented written communication skills to include technical research or white papers.Experience in Microsoft Office.This is a field job and candidate must be capable of driving a company vehicle and transporting test equipment.Ability to travel up to 50% domestic and 10% International.Competencies and Behavior Skills:Willing to work in a fast paced, demanding, and at times high stress environment.Able to work in a collaborative, consensus-based organization.Able to work independently, with minimum direction.Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external customers.Adapt to emerging market, technology and competitive trends.The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $157,000 (Target earnings $175,000-$250,000).Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
