Microwave Assembler
based in Morgan Hill you will have responsibility for performing microscope level assembly, which may include die-attach, gap welding, ball bonding, wedge bonding, epoxy attachment, and various soldering processes. You will also perform various product testing and verification. This position will be reporting to the Production Supervisor based in Morgan Hill, CA.Requirements:1+ years of experienceExperience with die-attach, gap welding, ball bonding, wedge bonding, epoxy attachment, and various soldering processesAbility to read assembly drawings and procedures, including Anritsu microelectronic workmanship standards.Assembly activities require a very good attention to detailCandidate should be flexible to work on a variety of products and processes, as well as work effectively in a team environment
