This role will be located at our Loveland, Ohio facility.Role Overview:We are seeking a Procurement Director, that will manage all procurement activities across our multi-site operation. The Procurement Director will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance to all regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.Supplier Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services.Cost Management:

Monitor and control procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective procurement practices.Compliance:

Ensure vendor and product compliance across enterprise and compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to procurement and supply chain management and Department of Defense regulations.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the procurement/purchasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve company goals as well as personal development.Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including finance, IT, manufacturing programs and operations, to ensure seamless procurement processes and support organizational needs.Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering.10+ years of experience.Proven track record of successful procurement management in a multi-site environment.Demonstrated success leading multi-site teams.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Previous experience working in a government regulated business with knowledge of Department of Defense procurement regulations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience building and documenting procurement processes and procedures.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity.Strong team player, willing to get into the details to solve a problem as required.If this sounds like you, please submit an application with your resume.
