Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The role will lead the Process & Capabilities team and Process Transformation efforts which are crucial for driving the Procurement vision. Supervise, prioritize and improve requirements for Procurement, including processes, governance, capabilities, audit, compliance, systems and solutions. Implement best practices across Procurement to drive Operational Excellence in Procurement. Responsible for people leadership, including hiring talent, development and mentoring team members.In this role, you will:Drive the Process Transformation efforts, examining all sourcing and procurement gaps, and collaborating with other teams to build, update and optimize those processes.Provide oversight and implementation of procurement governance, policy design, continuous improvement programs, including regulatory compliance and policy compliance management. Ensure periodic assessments are conducted either independently or in collaboration with the audit teams. Responsible for documenting, updating, and maintaining global procurement policy.Provide oversight, implementation and training of systems and solutions, analysis and reporting for Procurement leadership and other groups in Procurement.Drive and disseminate best practices in procurement from inside and outside of the organization using external industry trends. Work with external partners on select initiatives and solutions that meet requirements of value, functionality, and efficiency.Lead all aspects of operational excellence by implementing TRACC in procurement.Lead the global Process & Capabilities team.What we look for:10 plus years of experience in procurement or supply chain management role. Experience of driving Process Transformation in Procurement. Understanding of best practices in Procurement, Compliance and Regulatory concepts.People leadership and Management skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Excellence in project management skills.Ability to lead independently, creatively and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment.Knowledge of Procurement tools and systems e.g. Ariba, Workday, Conga, DocuSign, Coupa.Knowledge and experience in SAP, Power BI, Power Apps.Workplace type:
