#CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The Digital Technology Manager, individual contributor, will lead the digital transformation of our Global Stewardship team, driving innovation and efficiency in regulatory processes. This role is responsible for the strategic implementation and management of advanced digital tools and technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing data analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital technology, data management, and regulatory affairs within the CPG industry, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills.
In this role, you will:Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the Global Stewardship team, aligning with the overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor Global Stewardship colleagues in the department’s digital transformation journey, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Technology Integration:
Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies and software solutions to streamline regulatory processes and improve efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all digital tools and processes adhere to local, regional, and global regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of compliance and data integrity.
Project Leadership:
Lead major digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
What we look for:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of senior-level experience in digital technology implementation and management, preferably within the CPG industry.
Proven expertise in data analytics, database management, and digital tools (e.g., electronic submission systems, document management software).
Experience with leading regulatory software solutions (e.g., Veeva, MasterControl).
Extensive knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance requirements in the CPG sector.
In-depth knowledge of global regulatory standards and requirements.
Workplace type:
