We work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Lead AWS Industries (AWSI) strategic initiatives and programs.Define, establish, and facilitate implementation of internal business mechanisms to accelerate service adoption and deliver business goals.Dive deep in priority domains to identify cross industry trends and opportunities.Drive critical domain Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for AWSI and provide business insights to stakeholders.Support and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Collaborate with industry specialists, IBU, worldwide teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, execute, and continually improve our business programs.Deep dive in data to prepare business insights and recommendations to drive business results.Constantly innovate and improve programs and program management mechanisms.Evaluate effectiveness of GTM programs from AWSI perspective and provide feedback on how to improve.Ensure alignment between initiatives, WWSO, and IBU teams.A day in the life

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience5+ years of professional or military experienceBachelor's degreeExperience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational levelExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
