WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. The WWSO team is looking for a Business Development (BD) candidate who will lead AWS Industries (AWSI) strategic initiatives and programs. The candidate will be focused on defining, establishing, and facilitating implementation of internal business mechanisms to accelerate service adoption and deliver business goals.The BD will dive deep in priority domains to identify cross industry trends, opportunities, drive critical domain Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for AWSI, provide business insights to stakeholders, support and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Working hand-in-hand with AWSI Pillar teams, worldwide team, and key internal stakeholders such as Industry Business Units (IBU), sales operations, marketing and finance, you will help drive, across industries, the most impactful and scalable programs and mechanisms.This role will manage expectations, build great relationships with others, and will roll up their sleeves to find solutions and deliver results.A day in the life

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience5+ years of professional or military experienceBachelor's degreeExperience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational levelExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
