Responsibilities
HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management:
Administer and maintain HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracyGenerate reports and analytics to support decision-making and HR strategy. Troubleshoot HRIS issues and liaise with vendors as necessary.Onboarding and Training:
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and develop training materials and programs that align with our mission and industry standards.Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, promoting a positive work environment. Assist in conflict resolution and support performance management processesCompliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, particularly regarding defense industry standardsMaintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracyHR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresStay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our HR processesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup environmentKnowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits
